Mixer’s Hive maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Mixer’s Hive If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

7. Auto-Renewal for Subscription Services
Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, any subscription services you have signed up for will be automatically extended.
To change or cancel your Subscription Services at any time, go to your user account page on Mixer's Hive website. If you terminate Subscription Service, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
8. Applicable Law
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, the United State. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Mixer’s Hive may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

本利用規約は、アメリカのマサチューセッツ州法に準拠します。利用規約の厳密な履行を怠った場合、いかなる条項または権利放棄と解釈されないものとします。Mixer’s Hiveは、いつでも当事者に通知することなく、利用規約に基づく権利と義務を譲渡することができます。
